Lunch Program

Enjoy tasty and healthy lunches for the kids, while ensuring hassle-free mornings at an affordable cost for yourself! Camp families can easily include a lunch option in their current sessions through their CampBrain online account.

Weekly Lunch Fees:

4-day week = $45 +HST

5-day week = $55 +HST

 

Allergies & Dietary Requests:

While we have made an effort to highlight ingredients and common allergens in our menu lists below, they are not an exhaustive listing. If you have concerns regarding a particular dietary accommodation or allergen, please let us know at camp@mohawkcollege.ca

Nut-restricted policy: In keeping with our nut-restricted camp policy, none of our lunches include nuts or nut products; however, as with all our camp families’ homes, we cannot guarantee that there has not been cross contamination in our kitchens or that of our suppliers.

Allergies that can be accommodated are vegan, celiac and gluten free, dairy and egg.

Registering for the Lunch Program:

You can add a lunch to your camp session until 4:00pm on Tuesday, for the following week’s lunches. After Tuesday, the options will disappear from your online account if not already purchased.

Lunch Program Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once registration is closed, Lunch Program fees are non-refundable. All requests for cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the start of the registered week of camp. NO REFUNDS will be given if less than 21 days’ notice is provided. Requests will be accommodated where permitted.

 

Adding a Lunch During Registration:
    • Select your camp session as per usual
    • Select lunches under the ‘Extras’ tab
    • Complete registration and you’re done!
Adding a Lunch to an Existing Camp Session:
    • Log into your online account and click submitted applications
    • Select “Add camper, sessions, extras”
    • Select your camp session as per usual
    • Once you have identified the camp session, click on “Extras”.  You will see a list of options, including the Lunch Program.  Click the green “Add to Cart” button to register, submit your payment and you’re done!

More than one camper?  No problem! Just go to the camper profile that you want to add the lunch to and click the ‘Extras’ tab.
